1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the San Diego Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning website and to the estimates and services we provide. By using our website, booking an estimate or agreeing to receive our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
We provide exterior cleaning services in San Diego County, including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, storm drain and drainage cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and home and commercial window washing. The services, prices and descriptions on our website are for general information and may change without notice.
3. Estimates, scheduling and payment
- Estimates are free. Prices shown on our website, such as “from” prices, are starting points only. Your exact price is agreed with you before any work begins, based on the size and condition of the job.
- Scheduling: we schedule work at a time that suits you. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as you can. We may need to reschedule because of weather, safety conditions or other circumstances outside our control, and we will contact you if that happens.
- Access: you agree to give us safe access to the areas being cleaned, including water and power outlets where needed, and to tell us about any known damage, fragile surfaces or hazards before we start.
- Payment: payment is due once the work is complete and you are satisfied, as agreed in your estimate.
4. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Text message terms at a glance
By checking the text message consent box on our booking form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from San Diego Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out.
What we send
- Service and appointment messages (non-marketing): estimate and booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival and “on our way” updates, rescheduling notices, job follow-ups, and replies to your questions.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately agree): occasional seasonal reminders and special offers, such as pre-rainy-season gutter and drain cleaning.
Marketing messages are only sent if you check the separate marketing consent box. You can agree to service messages without agreeing to marketing messages.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also use words like END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

Other messaging terms
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Message frequency varies.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission, and be at least 18 years old.
- If you change or cancel your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know, so that we do not text someone else.
- Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Using our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false information. All text, photos, logos and other content on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Our website uses and links to third-party services, such as our online booking calendar, Google Maps, Google reviews, Yelp and Facebook. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived, or our responsibility for the work we carry out at your property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in San Diego County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using our website or services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
